Sales & Reports
Every transaction processed by WifiCone is logged automatically. The Sales screen lets you view, search, filter, and export your revenue history.
Sales Overview
Go to Admin Panel → Sales.
The top of the page shows:
- Today's Total — total revenue collected since midnight
- Transaction Count — number of sales today
Transaction Table
Each row in the sales table represents one completed payment:

| Type | Payment method used (Coin, Bill, GCash, Maya, Coins.ph, Voucher) |
| Date | Date the transaction occurred |
| Time | Time of day |
| Amount | Amount paid in pesos |
| Voucher Code | The voucher code used, if applicable |
| User / Device | MAC address or customer identifier |
| Portal | Which captive portal or payment method processed this sale |
Filtering & Search
| Filter | Description |

| Date Range | Show transactions between two dates |
| Search | Search by voucher code, amount, or portal |
| Type | Filter by payment method |
The table updates immediately as you apply filters.
Exporting to CSV
Click Export CSV to download the current filtered view as a spreadsheet.
The CSV includes all columns in the table. Use this for:
- Daily or monthly accounting
- Sharing revenue data with a business partner
- Importing into Excel or Google Sheets
Clearing Records
Click Clear All Records to permanently delete all sales history.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Export a CSV backup first if you need to keep the data.
Understanding Revenue by Portal
The Portal column shows which payment method was used:

Tips
- Export your CSV at the end of each day or week for records.
- Use the date range filter to see revenue for a specific period (e.g., last 7 days).
- The Today's Total resets at midnight local time — make sure your device's timezone is set correctly in System → Time.
